Delete your StaffRunner account

StaffRunner is made by Powerful Piano LLC.

Delete it in the app

Open StaffRunner, go to Profile → Manage Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us by email

If you can't use the app, email support@thepowerfulpiano.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my StaffRunner account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account: email address, name and password
Your profile, settings, scores and leaderboard entries
Your practice record: runs, note-by-note detail and progress summaries
Your BBux balance and the characters and backgrounds you own
Your place in any school or teacher (enterprise) subscription

What is kept, and why

Records of purchases (what was bought, when, and the store's transaction number) are kept for tax, accounting, refunds and fraud prevention, for as long as the law requires — typically up to 7 years. We never receive or store your card or bank details; Apple, Google Play or Stripe handle payment.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Google Play. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or for a subscription bought at staffrunner.io, from the “Manage subscription” link in the game.
